Navigating life...we are all in the same boat, but have some different paddles. Maybe we even find ourselves on completely different rivers? Perhaps a white water river with shooting rapids; another may be on a still pond, or maybe whizzing through a shipping channel? At one time or another we find ourselves feeling like we are tossed out on a stormy sea and although we might feel like we are totally alone, we are not. It is possible to learn to navigate this life journey with grace, ease and joy-filled moments. When we can go within to the quiet and still place deep inside us...where we renew and rekindle our inner light - only then are we better equipped to flow with the waves, rapids or storms that our day may lead us through.
