Practice/Mission/Vision Statement
The Center for Human Development is a most comprehensive facility for the diagnosis and treatment of learning and behavior problems in children. We are the only center with Beaumont doctors who are Board Certified developmental-behavioral pediatricians.
We evaluate and treat children who are showing evidence or, or who are at risk for: autism, attention deficit disorders, developmental delays, dyslexia, emotional impairment, other learning disabilities, and social dysfunction.
We also offer specialty services including counseling, tutoring, and services for deaf or hard-of-hearing clients. Our behavioral treatment program, the HOPE Center, offers a wide variety of services for families with autism, developmental disabilities, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and feeding, toileting, or sleeping difficulties. The HOPE Center staff include fully-licensed and limited-licensed psychologists, most of whom are also Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
