Practice/Mission/Vision Statement
My vision is to maximize each patient's potential. My goal is to provide the highest quality psychological and neuropsychological services for children and adolescents to enhance their health and well-being and that of their families through individual, family and system interventions.
My main office location is at One Ford Place, in Detroit, MI, but I also see patients at the HFHS Farmington Clinic, the HFHS West Bloomfield Medical Center, and the HFHS New Center One Clinics.
My practice focuses on using the latest evidence-based diagnostic tools and techniques to assess psychological and neuropsychological functioning in preschool children through young adults; and in prescribing evidence-based interventions based on specific diagnoses and the individual patient profile of strengths and weaknesses.
My approach to diagnosis and treatment is holistic in nature, taking into account patient, family, school, and community influences and needs. In addition to my individual practice, I work with specialists in Medical Genetics, Speech/Language Pathology, Developmental Pediatrics, Pediatric Neurology, and Child Psychiatry in the HFHS Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities.

About
My research and training background are in clinical child psychology and pediatric neuropsychology with an emphasis on treating the patient in the home, school, and community. This stems from my work with families in crisis and interdisciplinary work with other medical professionals; and interagency collaborative work with schools and community agencies.
Throughout my career, I have been committed to supporting the needs of medically and socially disadvantaged individuals through the promotion of best practices in interagency collaboration and service delivery, with federally funded research and evaluation of community service delivery systems. I was raised in an East side suburb of Detroit area and returned to my home community in 2005.
