Practice/Mission/Vision Statement

It is sometimes said that "change is the only constant in life," but change is seldom easy. I guide people through difficult transitions and help them cope with everyday stresses in their careers and in their relationships. I specialize in helping people with career change, finding passion, helping women re-enter the workforce and men in retirement. I also offer pre-marital, marriage, parenting and empty nest counseling.

Life can be challenging. Talking with friends and family can be helpful. But there are times when talking confidentially to a licensed professional can be just what you need to get back on track.

I utilize the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach in my practice because I firmly believe that how we feel is dependent on how we think. The anxiety and depression felt during change is largely based on irrational thoughts. By changing our thought process we can change our outlook and ultimately, our lives.
